Here at Tall Trees Antiques in Hereford may we wish you all a very Happy Christmas and why not pop in and see us for some inspiration, we have just had this Lovely Quality Walnut Bureau is in great condition with great Veneers and patina, having Two Small Drawers above One Large Drawer of Dovetailed Construction, running smooth and fitted with Lovely Brass Handles, Escutcheons and working Locks, sat below a Beautiful Veneered Fall with Carved Edge fitted with a Brass Escutcheon and working Lock to which there is a Key, Opening to reveal a fitted Interior comprising of One Central Small Drawer with burr walnut veneers, flanked by Two Veneered end Panels at either end and Interspaced with various Pigeon Holes, and a Red Leather Insert Writing Surface. All coming to rest upon Four Carved Queen Anne style Legs. Circa 1930's.
